A custom AI-powered real estate investment analysis platform for a private client. Users can explore projected profit, annual returns, and cash flow, then compare their investment with the S&P 500 and similar homes in the local market.

Scope, delivery & support

Know what you’re paying for. Know what comes next.

We agree on the scope, delivery model, and ongoing support before work begins. Here’s how we structure custom website and software projects.

Pricing and timing follow the scope: Development estimates are based on your requirements and billable hours. We review the scope, complexity, and expected effort with you before confirming the cost estimate and delivery schedule.
Project contract: source code handover: A project contract includes the full custom source code handover. Your domain and cloud hosting stay in accounts you own, with the agreed handover completed when the project is delivered.
Subscription: a managed product: A subscription provides use of the product with L&D managing and maintaining it. Source code handover is not included by default; access and delivery terms are set out in your agreement.
Support that fits the software: Content changes, new features, and routine maintenance can be billed hourly or through a monthly plan. Pricing depends on the size of your software and the support you need.
Third-party costs stay in your accounts: You pay AI model and API usage, cloud hosting, and external software subscriptions directly through your own accounts, including under our subscription model. L&D’s fees cover the agreed development, management, and support.

Can you work with our current software and documents?

We assess your tools, available APIs, documents, permissions, and data quality before confirming the scope. The solution depends on the connections and information your systems make available.

Will the AI act on its own?

We agree on permitted actions and human review points for each workflow. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so responsibilities for checking answers, handling exceptions, and approving actions are defined during the project.

How are development costs and timelines estimated?

We review the tasks, integrations, data requirements, and expected behavior, then estimate billable hours and a scope-dependent timeline. AI model and API usage are paid directly by you through your own accounts.
